ADDENDUM FOR CONTINUEDMARKETING OF PROPERTY BY SELLER

- The contract the for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate between the undersigned parties is contingent upon the following contingencies requested by Buyer: ( list contingencies to which this addendum applies)
B. Seller may continue to show the Property and consider offers from other buyers.
C. If Seller accepts a written offer to purchase the Property, Seller shall notify Buyer (1) of such acceptance AND (2) that Seller requires Buyer to waive the contingencies listed above. Buyer shall waive the contingencies by 5:00 p.m. on the ________ day after Buyer receives Seller’s notice; otherwise the contract shall terminate and the Earnest Money shall be refunded to Buyer.
D. Buyer may only waive the Contingencies by notifying Seller of the waiver in writing. All notices shall be in writing and effective when delivered in accordance with the contract.
E. For purposes of this Addendum time is of the essence; strict compliance with the times for performance stated herein is required.
