HUNTING AND FISHING LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, THAT:
WHEREAS, ______________________________, (hereinafter collectively referred to as Lessors) and , _____________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as Lessee) have made and entered into an agreement wherein Lessor has agreed to lease unto Lessee, all lands owned by Lessor and situated in _________________ County, __________________, for hunting and fishing purposes, and,
NOW THEREFORE, Lessors hereby lease and let unto Lessee all of their lands located in ________________, County, __________________, for hunting and fishing purposes in consideration of which Lessee hereby covenants with Lessor to pay unto Lessor $____________ per year being due, the first payment of which is to be due on or before _____________________, and a like payment to be made on or before the second day of ______________ during the years of 20____ , 20 ____and 20____ . The term of this lease shall begin on the date hereof and shall expire on ______________, 20 ____.
Lessees agree to furnish Lessors with an accurate up to date membership list at the time of payment of each rental herein specified.
In the event that Lessors should decide to sell any portion of the leased premises, then this lease shall automatically terminate as to such portion sold at the time that any deed conveying any portion hereof is signed.
In the event of the failure by Lessee to promptly pay any of the annual rentals hereinafter set forth, then and in that event this lease shall automatically terminate and all rights herein granted shall be null and void.
All fields that are not farmed each year will be clipped at least one time each year by Lessee.
Lessee hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from any and all liabilities which might arise during the exercise of the rights granted herein including but not limited to all claims and damages to easements and roadways utilized by Lessee in the exercise of the rights granted herein. Lessees further agree to carry a liability insurance policy on leased property, with a minimum limits of $ _______ with the Grantors as named insured.
